Contract #737 (landing V3 stage 1, tsk-3hn1xcgf168j). Hub: render the landing page with the designer's template (dark hero, rings as inline SVG, CTA band loader; designer's CSS and SVGs in Maity seq 15660-15662, board 'Landing V3 – volle Fassung'); serve /assets/landing/landing.css, landing.js (D writes it) and self-hosted woff2 fonts (Space Grotesk 500/600/700, Inter 400/500/600/700, JetBrains Mono 400/500, OFL, with licence files) with ?v=<digest> and immutable cache; the new CSP on the page and the preview; sections demo and opensource (validation, limits, field paths), FAQ as <details>; everything readable without script, end states in HTML. Tests, changelog, KTW. Can start stacked on #737.
