#1245 added ', unless you turn that off below' to the English public_profile.hint and the keys public_profile.presence and public_profile.presence.hint; de and fr came along, ja did not, so ja's hint is stale again (c47w P3-1 in 42390 on #1250). Follow-up PR from origin/main after #1242 (lotse 42088, wtwy 42562).
