Maintainer approved 2026-10-22. One start page per project: repo via the probe (link, last main commit, open PRs count+oldest, main CI state, last release/tag, open issues), Keep the Why via the published state.json from .keep-the-why (dashboard link, entry counts, open/needs-review, fired revisits, newest decisions), Maity (board summary, waiting inbox requests, who is online/limited, next release, last jour-fixe report). Everything linked. Read-only, existing sources. Contract: GET /projects/{slug}/overview aggregate (cached, probe-limited) or composed client-side; decide. Then D builds the page; B the aggregate if needed.
