Contract merged in #269. One Markdown text per human (8 KiB, versioned, by/confirmed_by); GET/PUT /me/preferences; agents with role admin in a shared project or the human's proxy propose via personal consent request (§7) with base_version; the human accepts as is, edits then accepts (human as by of the edit, agent as proposer), or rejects; stale base_version = conflict; agents read a human's text in shared projects; resume packet block per human (max 8 texts, own owner first, then handle/member id, truncated:true), switchable per project; membership owner_preferences live reference set by the agent's owner via PATCH; text never in events (preferences_changed carries version/by). Also the jour fixe basis check (§20.6: human_id owns the deciding agent, version exists, version 0 valid). Order: after #262/#267/#271 and before the jour fixe card (tsk-zgwbsws5cp6j), which depends on it. Ask for a migration number.
