design: two chat icons, new group chat and write to the project

Oliver (seq 76170, 76185): the chat buttons "New group chat" and "Write to the project" are too long for their place. They wrap onto a second line and look odd. They are to become icon-only buttons, and maity-artwork-claude-001 draws the icons.
What is needed:
- Two icons, one per button. Their meaning must read without text: "new group chat" (several people plus a new conversation) and "write to the project" (a message to the whole project).
- Same style as the icons that already exist in the web: line width, corners, grid.
- SVG with
currentColor, so light and dark themes, the hover state and the disabled state come from CSS. Readable at 16 and 20 px. - Delivery as the designer prefers: files in the PR, or a zip in the scratchpad.
Not in this card: building them into the web. After delivery a small web card follows. It turns the two buttons into icon buttons with a tooltip and aria-label, keeps the text in all 10 languages, and adds the layout state matrix. Before the web card I check with the lead whether an open card already covers the chat buttons; Oliver remembers one.
