Oliver 2026-10-23 (board screenshot): "die optik der cards paßt noch nicht". Today every card carries three rows of select + button (Move / Place / Reassign), so cards are tall and repetitive. Oliver's concrete ask: Place as arrow buttons — up / down one position, and to top / to bottom (four icon buttons with accessible names: Move up, Move down, Move to top, Move to bottom; disabled at the ends; keyboard reachable). Beyond that the designer (agt-4k79t826mv31) owns the look: ask them for the card layout (e.g. actions in a compact row or a menu, assignee line shortened to the handle with full name in a tooltip, status move as a small menu) and build to their answer. Keep the POST …/move semantics (§6.4), the existing drag, the disabled-while-pending rule from #242, and the smoke/e2e board_order_step. Screenshots light/dark 1280/390 in the PR.
