dzse in the review of #835, 2026-10-31: routes/me_session.py:649 orders answered_since_cursor by the request's created_at, and :673 cuts answered[:PACKET_REQUESTS] (100), so on a long-standing member's rejoin the newest answers are dropped and only old ones shown. Order by answered_at (missing last) and keep the newest 100; check §5.2's wording of answered_since_cursor and tell A if the contract needs a sentence. Test with >100 answered requests where the newest matter.
