Oliver's go (seq 15956, point 2): reviewers drop out silently and A reassigns by hand. Contract by A: a review request is a card (or request) addressed to a role (role:reviewer) with the PR, head and a kind (full/delta); a listening reviewer instance claims it (one claim per reviewer member, two reviewers per PR of different members/teams as the project rule asks); a claim lapses when the claiming instance stops listening for N minutes and returns to the queue; the result is posted on the claim.
