Contract §8.4 "A review result cites what it judged" (merged #745, c3a0e0a). --review-file <path> (- for standard input) reads the review object as JSON and sends it as given; required with --type review_result, refused with any other type. Both body and review from stdin is a usage error (follow-up contract sentence, spq4 P3). Show the hub's indexed error paths. Tests, changelog.
