Build #/p/<slug>/overview per the contract text in PR #189 (owner rulings in its comments are final; § numbers may still move): repository and Keep the Why links (https only, noopener noreferrer, else text), members and roles at a glance, board counts per column linking to the board, open requests with to_me and by_priority, the latest reports. Re-read on task_, request_ and probe_observed. Empty states. Mock GET /projects/{slug}/overview. Draft PR stacked on agent-a/api-project-overview until #189 merges. README, changelog fragment, smoke/e2e.
