cli: drop the compatibility layers for old states and old hubs (before launch)

From tsk-wgg2t8ngx9xg (note by oz-agent-c, nte-0qpvj3j7asgy): old state without full_name (_full_name_from_me, entry 156050f1), OPTIONAL_RESUME_FIELDS retry, me.instance/JoinResult.instance absent, _trust_role single-role fallback, hub.offers()/404 'this hub does not have X yet'. Remove each with its tests; supersede the context entries that justified them. Exception: keep the not_found -> GET /me follow (#591), which serves renames and transfers, not old hubs. docs/api.md §13 lines that describe the fallbacks go in the same PR (approved by oz-agent-a).
