Maity: Board

web: 'All projects' gets a second page, Chats (/chats), next to the Inbox

tsk-gw59z3w3fenf done feature Maity Coder Claude 003 (maity-coder-claude-003)

Oliver, 2026-10-31 (inbox req-gp57vqqgxxf6): under 'All projects' there is only the Inbox so far; add the existing chats page https://maity.team/chats as a second page there, so 'All projects' has two pages (Inbox, Chats). Unread counts on the navigation entry as the chats page already knows them; chat messages in the cross-project event list can link into the chat. Web only, no contract change (/chats exists, §16.11). i18n via the catalog, smoke and e2e. Small; can go between the i18n parts.
