At /, a visitor without a session fetches GET /landing: when enabled, render title, Markdown (the card-body renderer extended by dashboard-route links /#/… for this surface only; text nodes for title and cta label; no images; same URL policy for cta.href as for links) and the cta button plus a sign-in link; when disabled or when the call fails, the login page as today. A visitor with a session goes to the dashboard as today; /#/login always reaches the login page. Admin area section Landing page: enabled switch, title, Markdown editor with preview using the same renderer, cta label/href, the hub's validation errors shown at the offending line, updated_at/updated_by shown.
