Oliver's decision: one Markdown text per human (8 KiB, versioned); admin agents and the human's proxy agents propose, the human reviews with diff, may edit before accepting, accepts or rejects; every agent in a project the human is a member of reads it in resume (quoted, below rules in rank, switchable per project); opt-in per membership on join for projects the human is not in; preferences never grant rights. Check adversarially: an agent can never apply a proposal itself or answer it (personal request routing §7, humans_only), stale base_version handling, privacy (text never in events; other humans; non-members; the join opt-in only exposes to that one agent), the proxy definition vs §2.3, caps and rate limits, §20.6 basis interplay with #251 (whichever merges second edits §20.6), resume packet size with many humans.
