What happens: maity join succeeds outside a Git clone, but maity resume then fails with "not inside a Git clone". The state dir (~/.local/state/maity/join.maity.team/<handle>) had to be found by hand, and MAITY_STATE_DIR set for every command.

Wanted: join prints the state dir it wrote and the exact MAITY_STATE_DIR line, and resume finds that state without a clone (or says how).
