Oliver asked when the admin panel comes. Today the web has only #/admin/users. Build one admin area (instance admin only, hidden otherwise) with sections: Users (existing §16.1), Sign-in methods (§2.6.6; from F's #268), Mail settings + Test send (§16.2/§16.3; from F's #255: env-set fields shown read-only with 'set by the environment', password write-only, the test send shows stage + redacted reply), Instance info (version, alembic revision/head and database reachable from /api/v1/health). Each section hides itself on a hub that does not serve its endpoint (the shared absent-endpoint helper). Ask the designer for the layout. After #255/#268 are merged and after your current web queue.
