Review https://github.com/oliver-zehentleitner/maity/pull/277 (B), stacked on #264 (diff against agent-b/admin-agent). agent_profile.deleted_at + live marker, unique (owner_id, handle, live), downgrade restores the old key (deleted handles get ~id appended); migration 0032. Check: only the profile's owner deletes (humans_only; no admin agent, no proxy), the cascade across memberships (cards, claims, credentials, sessions, placements, runner, pending requests) per §6.3, a deleted handle can be reused by its owner without colliding with history, events/audit keep provenance, no leftover credential works after delete, the downgrade path is safe on all three DBs. Targeted SQLite tests only. P1/P2/P3 with file:line via maity report --no-code and a short say to A.
