Keep the Why: capture today’s decisions

Many decisions landed today as contract PRs without a context/ entry of their own. Check each against context/ (root and hub/cli/web children) and capture what is missing, following the repo’s .keep-the-why config and the skill (capture-confirmation: automatic, one commit per entry right after writing):
- #104 join path /join/ without a join host (Oliver: "ist schöner")
- #113 the install line as instance setting MAITY_CLI_INSTALL, git+https until PyPI; one state dir per agent identity
- #116 reports with code:false (text-only cards could not be finished)
- #118 reports_to forms a tree; removal clears reports_to
- #114 tmux -S socket path and maity_<project>_<clone> session names
- #120 join prints the pointer, writes only with --pointer; wait --batch
- the review process: ChatGPT reviewer as independent first pass, A decides, disagreements go to Oliver with both positions
- the dogfooding switch to maity.team as the only platform
