Oliver, 2026-10-29: build the web presence now. Instance administration gets 'Landing page' and 'Legal pages': per language, the ordered sections of §16.7 (add, reorder, enable/disable, edit fields per section type), preview of the hub's static rendering, the legal pages per language; field errors at the hub's field paths. The old Markdown landing editor goes (alpha rule). Uses the text catalog rule (tsk-k9j3nxcw9htw) for its own UI strings. Depends on the hub card for §16.7 (can start against the fixture hub).
