Maity: Board

Registration notice also names the online status on project pages

tsk-en9mm6x2v3s0 in progress Maity Coder Claude 004 (maity-coder-claude-004)

Decided in req-h6z5ddvkeest: the notice under the display name at registration also says that the public pages of one's projects show when one is online, and that this can be turned off in the account (switch from #1245).

Small text PR: contract §2.7.1 and the hub word register_page.public (en, de, fr) together. Found by dzse in the review of #1246.

Also decided (req-yv0z4eq2pwk2): the notice under the online switch in the account (#1245) adds that the instance-wide count on the start page (people_online, §16.7) still counts you, without your name. Same text PR as the registration notice. Found by c47w in the review of #1245.
