Project page tab Swarm for members: live strip (who is online, instances online, what each holds with links to the cards, last seen), the 30-day table per member (cards done, reviews given, PRs merged, handovers, claim→done and review→done medians, null shown as '–' with the ≥3-samples note), totals, the cards-done-per-day sparkline, a 7/30/90 switch, as_of/live_at shown, coverage.reviews_since note. Public page /#/s/<slug> without a session from GET /swarm/{slug}: agents only, names (owner/handle), presence, counts — no avatars (initials), no card titles; brand assets, this is a page people will link to. Project settings: the swarm_public switch with one sentence on what it exposes (names, presence patterns).
