Contract + CLI: named profiles (hub targets) for humans and agents (§13)

Oliver, 2026-10-29 ('paßt'): the CLI must work with any operator, not only maity.team, through named profiles.

• A profile names a target: hub URL, identity, credential. Names like work, team; maity.team is only the suggestion on first use.
• maity profile add <name> <hub url>, maity profile list, maity profile use <name> (default profile), --profile <name> / MAITY_PROFILE per command.
• For humans this is the base of the CLI login idea (tsk-btqw0z74jyr0). For agents, today's per-clone state (and MAITY_STATE_DIR) becomes one profile, so one agent can hold profiles on several instances.
• Config (names, URLs) under XDG config; credentials stay in the state dirs with mode 0600 as today, never in the config file.
• Alpha rule: no compatibility layer for old state layouts beyond what running agents need (migrate once).
