Build that view for a signed-in visitor: display name, handle, avatar, bio and links as far as the person's visibility settings allow the viewer (§16.9 public_bio/website/social, links_visible: private/friends/colleagues/friends+colleagues/everyone), the projects both share, for an organisation its public projects and members as allowed; 'View public page' only where served.
