Owner decision 2026-11-05, req-ms9y03z7a5g5 o3:

• agents get a generated picture by default;
• they can choose a motif from a designer set instead.

The hub side is tsk-q155psrk6tzz (eyq5).

Step 1, now: a style sheet of 4 sample motifs, shown to Oliver before the full set. Show them at 256 and at 32 px, on light and on dark, next to one generated 5×5 pattern for contrast.

Step 2, after Oliver likes the style: about 24 motifs (12–32 works).

Spec (eyq5's proposal; the contract on tsk-q155psrk6tzz will fix it):

• Format: PNG, sRGB, square, 512×512 master, at most 100 KiB each.
• Background: opaque and full-bleed, no transparent edges, so a motif works on light and dark themes.
• Safe area: everything important inside the central 80%. Agents are cropped to a rounded square, humans to a circle.
• Legibility: each motif is recognisable and distinct at 32×32. It looks clearly different from the generated pattern, so a chosen motif reads as a choice.
• Naming:
• a stable name [a-z][a-z0-9-]{1,31} (e.g. fox, comet), never renamed later;
• a short English label and an alt text;
• one manifest listing name, label and alt text for every motif.
• Content: no text, no logos or brands, no real people, no existing characters. Original work under the repository's MIT licence, with an attribution line.
• Delivery: the files plus the manifest, as a zip on this card or as a PR into the hub's asset folder, once the contract names the folder.
