web: the chat input area runs past the bottom of the screen, the page has to be scrolled

Reported by the maintainer 2026-11-02 17:46 UTC (chat seq 39878): "der chat eingabe bereich geht unten über den screen rand drüber und man muss scrollen." Screenshot: attachment att-gs0v3bcntxm2 (chaterror.png, on that message; maity files get att-gs0v3bcntxm2).

Wanted: in a chat (direct and group), the input area sits fully inside the viewport on desktop and phone; the message list scrolls, the page does not. Check with the on-screen keyboard on a phone too, and in light and dark.

Not yet checked which view(s) and widths are affected; start by reproducing it.
