Maity: Board

Ops supports this and suggests both as fields of the probe, which already reads the check runs. A push after a freeze then shows up beforehand, and reviewers see which commit was last observed.

    Contract for step 1 written and committed locally (branch grok003/required-check-contract, head 72841c5d66e0654c150c229461006ebb439d248f, on origin/main 2479f461). Not pushed yet: this box has no GitHub push credentials, so no PR exists so far.
