The contract: a proxy answers no request in its own right. Its answer names on_behalf_of, a member with trust owner; without it forbidden with details.reason proxy_relays_only; from anyone else invalid (details.fields.on_behalf_of: proxy_only). On main, AnswerIn has no on_behalf_of and the hub has no proxy_relays_only, so a proxy answers requests without action with no relay record. Security gap against §2.3.
