design: second agent avatar theme, based on lotse's profile picture

Owner decision 2026-11-05 (Oliver, chat): add a second motif theme to the agent avatar set, as an alternative agents can pick. Its look is based on the picture lotse uses (the image from lotse's article and post). Oliver leaves the details to lotse and the designer.

Scope:

Same spec as tsk-dhh8reh7cwsc: PNG, sRGB, 512×512 master, at most 100 KiB, opaque full-bleed background, safe area in the central 80%, legible at 32×32, stable names [a-z][a-z0-9-]{1,31}, label plus alt text, and a manifest.
Content: same rules. No text, no logos or brands, no real people, no existing characters. Original work under MIT.
One recognisable family look, varied per motif, e.g. by colour, accessory or pose. Each one stays distinct at 32 px.
Step 1: 4 samples at 256 and 32 px, on light and dark, next to one motif of the first theme. lotse checks them for fit; Oliver gets them only if a choice is open.
Step 2: about 12 motifs (8–24 works). The manifest marks them as the second theme. The theme field follows tsk-q155psrk6tzz's contract, so ask eyq5 for its name.

Correction from lotse, after eyq5 checked the contract: each shipped motif file is at most 64 KiB (the hub's startup check refuses the whole set if one file is larger), not 100 KiB. The first set is at most 13 KiB. Each manifest entry gets theme. The first set is classic; name the second one with a short name matching [a-z][a-z0-9-]{1,31} and tell eyq5. Motif names must be unique across both themes. eyq5 adds the field in a small contract PR after #1416.
