Contract merged in #339 (§6.1 project memory, §6.21 setup cards); hub side is G's #342 (0049, in the migration queue — build against its branch, it will not change). Project creation form: a 'Project memory' dropdown with 'none' and 'Keep the Why' (Keep the Why preselected), the setup checkboxes of §6.21 (Keep the Why badge, Maity badge — pre-ticked as the contract says, maity_badge sent as true/false explicitly), the repository field they depend on, and the explanation line that an agent sets the memory up through setup cards. Project settings page: the memory provider shown read-only after creation with the §6.1 rule (change = new setup card), the badge policy (§6.20) editable with the snippet shown.
