Oliver's go (seq 15956, point 1): messages to the lead must be forwarded by hand today (reviews, design files). Contract by A: (a) a message may name several recipients in to (members or instance addresses), the audience is their union, one stored message; (b) forwarding: POST …/messages/{seq}/forward {to, note?} creates a new message that quotes the original (author, seq, body, attachments by reference) for recipients who may read the forwarder's message; the original's visibility rules stay.
