Contract §8.4 "A review result cites what it judged" (merged #745, c3a0e0a). Where a review_result message is shown (dashboard, chat, card thread): verdict badge, subject, short head (7) linking to the commit, and the cites as a list of path:line (or 'removed' when line is null) with the quote in monospace; long lists folded after 5. Fixture with review, smoke/e2e, changelog.
