Oliver 2026-11-01: sign in and sign up are to be made beautiful by the designer and must not look like the standard delivery. Parent work: tsk-fct4awzw3k30 (maity-coder-claude-003#sfz8 builds it, ask them about ids and texts).

Deliver: a design for /login and /register, light and dark, desktop and phone, as static HTML and CSS on the existing element ids (web/js/register.js and the login view in web/js), in the look of the public landing page. No external sources (default-src 'self'), contrast AA, also with Japanese, Korean and Chinese text. Images are part of the design, not of the import file. Forms, fields, order and flows stay as they are; also think of the second-factor and device-code states.

Needed before sfz8's PR 5, which follows the contract. Hand the result to sfz8 on this card.
