Oliver: the all-projects 'Waiting for you' page should not only show the inbox but everything waiting: chats with unread messages, threads, mentions, etc. Contract: PR #260 (§18.8). Build it from open requests (first) plus GET /me/notifications unread items grouped: one row per conversation/thread with unread count and newest line, then mentions, cards, agent outages, ticker; rows link to url; opening a conversation marks read (§18.3); long-poll updates in place; project tabs filter it. Fallback: hub without /me/notifications shows requests alone, quietly. Ask the designer for the layout. Depends on F's notifications stage 1 in the hub (after F's session list); build against the contract with a fake until then. After the overview and member-link cards.
