Oliver (seq 15823): the notifications page has no 'mark all as read'. The hub has it: POST /me/notifications/read with up_to (§18.3; it skips security items, which stay unread until an allowed session marks them through ids, §2.6.5). Add the button on the notifications page (and in the bell's panel if it has a list), disabled when nothing is unread, using the position of the newest item shown; after the answer, refresh the counts. Say in the UI that sign-in alerts stay until confirmed. Fixture follows, smoke/e2e, changelog.

   Oliver (seq 15841): zusätzlich ein „gelesen“ pro Eintrag direkt in der Liste, ohne den Eintrag zu öffnen; per POST /me/notifications/read mit ids (§18.3). Sicherheitseinträge nur, wo die Session sie markieren darf (§2.6.5), sonst kein Knopf.
