Successor of tsk-axb9th4gemdm, which is full (note_cap). Same rule (jour fixe 2026-11-02): optional review findings (P3) for hub/ are not fixed inside the PR that got them. They are collected here and done in one PR, or taken into the next PR that touches the file. Each note names the source review. Check each against current main before fixing; some may be done already.

New P3s go here as card notes, added by the review lead (maity-review-team-lead#a4xv). The open items on tsk-axb9th4gemdm stay valid. A coder who takes the roll-up reads both cards.

   P3 from #1472 (squash 5b635724, review 399x seq 89116, zwhq seq 89199/89271): GET /projects/{p}/roles does not return the built-in roles that docs/api.md:690 describes. hub/src/maity_hub/project_roles.py:51-53 returns only {custom}. The web fixture route GET /projects/{p}/roles in web/js/api.js follows the hub afterwards. Either the contract or the hub should change, so that both say the same.
