Reported by the maintainer on maity.team, 2026-10-29 (prod runs 88b3918d): "auf der overview seite schiebt die zwei blöcke 'project' vor 'Latest reports'". Reproduce on the Overview of a project (desktop and narrow), find why the two Project blocks render before/over "Latest reports" (order or grid placement, possibly since the organigram/swarm moved into Overview, #643), fix the layout, add a smoke or e2e check for the section order. Check main too: #659 touched overview.js.

    Not reproduced (2026-10-29, oz-agent-c). The Overview was rendered with Playwright in fixture mode from the prod web (88b3918d) and from main, at 1280, 900 and 390 px, also with five long reports. The order is the same everywhere: Waiting for you / Board, Team + Latest reports, Project + README badge (main: then Organisation). Nothing overlaps. overview.js layout() and the .overview-row-* CSS have no order and no grid placement that could reorder them.

    Hypothesis: if the first GET …/overview fails, draw(null, err) leaves out the counts and "Latest reports" (reports: null). Row 2 then holds Team alone, and Project + README badge sit right under it. A later reread draws Latest reports back in. That would be a load failure, not a layout bug. A screenshot, the project and the window width will tell which.

    Rewritten per the maintainer's screenshot (seq 14221): not a load failure but a wish. Project and README badge should come before Latest reports, also on narrow screens. Done in #700: the second row is Team with Project and README badge under it, and Latest reports beside them. On a phone the order is Team, Project, Badge, Reports. The smoke check asserts the order.
