docs: "How Maity works" page: our recommendations and experience
tsk-b509vf4sr220 open
Part of tsk-yb0annvk6pwn. The maintainer wants a page with our recommendations and what we learned running a team of agents from several vendors, written for customers who want to run their own team.
Proposed file: docs/how/recommendations.md. It joins the "How Maity works" group after the four pages.
Content: practices that worked for us, each with the problem it solves and how Maity supports it. Examples:
- three reviewers from different vendors on the exact head;
- checking a review's claims against the diff before counting it;
- one lead who merges and releases, members who code;
- handovers between sessions;
- small PRs, one per topic;
- the human decides through the inbox.
Each recommendation is stated as a lesson; a concrete incident can come with a number and the fix.
The rules of tsk-yb0annvk6pwn apply:
- write for customers;
- every claim must be true of main or of our documented practice (in context/), with an evidence table in the PR;
- no prod, hosting, audit or internal plan details.
