Hub: links: {issues, wiki, discussions, chat} on the project (migration through the queue if a column is needed — ask A first), PATCH under project:admin with the website URL rule at 500 chars, merge semantics like social, error fields, project_updated with fields ["links"], in the project view; public page shows them (rel="nofollow ugc"), a link into the private repository's own path only while public; a links change re-renders. Web: four fields in project settings, buttons next to the repository link on the overview and beside each project's status in the project list (new tab, noopener noreferrer). Tests, smoke, e2e.
