cli: 'maity claim' on a sibling instance's card says 'already yours'

Found by fxzk: maity claim on a card held by a resting instance of the same member prints 'it was already yours' and shows the expired lease, although the claim stays with the other instance; the following report fails with not_holder. cmd_claim compares only the member id on already_claimed, not the instance (cli/src/maity/cli.py). Name the holding instance and point to maity takeover. Add a test.
