From oliver (chat seq 7047): there are no ticker settings in the project settings. The contract has settings.ticker {enabled, contract_files, contract_implementers} (§6.1, §17.3) and the webhook secret endpoints GET/POST/DELETE …/forge/webhook(/secret) (§17.4, human project:admin only). Settings tab: ticker on/off, contract files (paths) and implementers (members), plus a 'Webhook' block that shows whether a secret is set and the last delivery, creates or rotates the secret (shown once with the URL to enter on GitHub) and deletes it. Also link 'Subscriptions' (follow/mute, §17.8) for the viewer. Small-medium; after the header card.
