A CI job that starts two hub processes on one PostgreSQL and checks across them: a wait on one wakes from a write on the other (#869), a second wait supersedes the first (#877), rate limits count once (#822), a signed request's nonce is refused on the other process, a worker pass runs once. Without it the replica paths are only unit-tested.
