From ktw-head via maity-ktw-integrator (seq 41119). Starts once KTW PR 13 (#752) is released (release on Oliver's go). Depends on M1 and M2.
Maity provider over M.api, Maity routes as path-style nav, prefs, theme mapped onto --ktw-* tokens, ktw-root on the mounts; mounts every view in scope and replaces the digest-based why.js. Template: KTW's host fixture page dashboard/tests/web/host/.
