Earlier rounds by the ChatGPT reviewer are PR comments (read them: 150-PR cap, renamed contract path, stale epoch, missing seed on upgrade, then the >1000 backlog continuation, then the moved-page case). D's round-4 fix: the scan admits a PR by updated_at after its bound and merged_after the switch-on; the reviewer's page-21-moves-to-page-1 repro is a test; dedupe keeps one item. Verify that repro and re-run the earlier ones; probe: a PR merged before switch-on but updated later must NOT be announced; a merge exactly at the bound; interaction with resume_page/scanned_until; migration now 0018 on main (head 0017). Read-only review in your own clone, findings to A via maity say.
