keep-the-why-dashboard 0.11.44 is on PyPI (tag dashboard-v0.11.44 on e640a3d). Scope, one PR with one commit per step:

1. Vendor 0.11.44 into web/vendor/keep-the-why/ with vendor_ktw.py, plus a changelog fragment.
2. Contrast tokens: map --accent-text onto --ktw-accent-fill, --ktw-on-accent and --ktw-accent-text, and remove the eight #fff overrides in web/css/app.css; addendum to the KTW entry 9e70b2ab.
3. Centre routes: below() passes centred routes to routes.format (#centre/public/…); routeOf accepts centre/public/… and keeps at/… as an alias.
