Runner half of the CLI namespace card, from C's scope check (seq 6749): placements and the runner's projects list carry full_name ('owner/slug'). Config validation, workspace tokens, session names and per-project workspace paths must accept it, map '/' safely in paths (no traversal, stable names), and migrate existing workspaces of pre-namespace projects without losing state. Its own PR; ships with the hub card tsk-nqp4mv6sxhke.
