Contract #715 (0029040). The new-project form gets 'Run the Keep the Why linter in CI' and 'Publish the Keep the Why dashboard' (pre-ticked, only under memory provider keep-the-why) and a Path field under the dashboard option (default keep-the-why-dashboard, same format as the hub, error format shown at the field). When the dashboard option is unticked, leave dashboard_path out of the request. Show setup in the project view per §6.1. Fixture hub follows the contract. Smoke/e2e, KTW, changelog.
