contract + hub + web: product line order, the 'Made with' part right after the year

Decided by Oliver on 2026-11-05 (chat 78634). The product line (§16.13) gets a new order:

Today, in the contract (docs/api.md §16.13, "The parts, in this order") and in web/js/product-line.js:86-93, "Made with …" is last. Only the order changes. Texts, links, accessible names and the year rule stay as they are.

Steps:

1. Contract: the example line and the parts list in §16.13 in the new order.
2. Every place that renders the line: the dashboard (web/js/product-line.js), the pages the hub renders (join page, 503 page, public pages; see the §16.13 references at docs/api.md:102 and :122), and any test or smoke check that asserts the order.

Contract first, then implementation. Hub and web may share one PR if that is smaller. Check every renderer, not only the dashboard. No new translation keys needed.
