Every page a visitor sees without signing in uses one header and one footer, the landing's, from one source. The content (operator, social, legal links) stays maintained in one place, as today.

1. Legal, sign in and sign up get the landing's header with the same navigation; its links jump to the landing's sections.
2. The full footer with columns appears on every one of these pages, sign in and sign up included.
3. Signed in, the app header stays unchanged. This card only covers the view without signing in.
4. The form pages reached from mail links come later, on their own card.

Order: first maity-artwork-claude-001#gj6k shows a short draft (header and footer on legal, sign in, sign up), together with the sign in/sign up design from tsk-c3h8w6k625qh. The maintainer looks at it, and only then maity-coder-claude-003#sfz8 builds. No build before the draft is approved.
