Oliver's wish (req-szj70w5bdzvv): the README should show what Maity looks like. Reuse the screenshots that maity.dev already has, no new ones:

• docs/img/board.png
• docs/img/inbox.png
• docs/img/new-project.png (optional, if it reads well as a third)

Place them below the banner, each with a one-line caption. Check that the images contain no personal data and render on GitHub (relative paths). This is a docs-only change: README.md plus a changelog fragment, if the changelog check needs one.
