web: the landing editor knows the works_with section (label, agents from the hub's list, more)

The hub accepts a works_with landing section after #948 (§16.7, #942): label ≤ 40, items slugs from the hub's fixed list (claude-code, codex, opencode, gemini, antigravity, copilot, cursor, pi, goose, cline, roo, kilo, amp, droid, windsurf, zed, kiro-cli, trae, openclaw), each once, more ≤ 60. The dashboard's landing editor (web/js/landing.js, fixtures in web/js/api.js) should offer the section: label field, an ordered pick list of the agents, the more line; JSON import/export keeps it. smoke case, changelog.
